1. Shipping & Delivery

•We deliver internationally via DHL or FedEx, with delivery times of up to one week, depending on destination and customs clearance.
•Import duties, taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
•For orders within Singapore:
•Same-day delivery for orders placed between 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
•Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
•While we strive to meet delivery timelines, La Beauté by Sara is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
 
We currently ship to the following regions: Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East, and Australia.

•In-store purchases: Items can be returned or exchanged at our physical store within 3 working days from the date of purchase, in their original condition with tags intact.
